Speak up for your Tokyo in your own words
The workshop aims to explore images of 'Tokyo' through discussions and output them individually through presentations. Successful presentations will be uploaded to the Tokyo Jiten website. To convey all of your ideas and thoughts into a 15 minute presentation can be quite challenging, hence this workshop will guide you through this process, by re-thinking and striving for a better understanding of the keyword/topic raised.
What sort of space is Tokyo becoming today? 100 years later, when people look back at the current state of our time, how will they perceive it in terms of its social, cultural, environmental or geographical conditions? Join us and share your analysis and knowledge of 'Tokyo', by rethinking it from a different perspective. Your presentations will reach a broader audience via the Tokyo Jiten website!
Workshops and presentations will be recorded at AIT's office in Daikanyama (Note: recordings will no be open to the public). There are no rules on the format. You may bring your laptop with image files, simply give a speech or even give a performance.
The languages for presentation shall be either Japanese or English.
