Graduated from the Department of Graphic Design, Tama Art University, and lives and works in Tokyo as a painter/video(animation) artist. Produces low-tech animation by using hand-drawn cells and video. Collaborates with other artists working in different genres, such as showing works in theatres, or dance performances. Particpates often in live stages by musicians “organ-o-rounge” and “VOQ”, aiming to realizing expression by the fusion of video images and music. Has shown works widely internationally. Holds workshops using a handmade movie-making machine at shopping districts, hospitals, and schools. Exhibition at “Yokohama Civic Art Gallery Azamino”, 3rd Yebisu International Festival for Art & Alternative Visions-Day Dream Believer! (Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography), video art show-Moving (Kyoto Cinema).
